Ores Boutique Hotel

Lovely stay. Plenty of space in rooms. Comfy beds. Small spa.

Pros: Near gondala. Big suite. Comfy big beds and cool sheets. Room service. Sauna, steam and warm pool.

Cons: Pool got crowded easily as small. Breakfast could do with a greater range.

Pros: Location, facilities, restaurant and Chef were great.

Pros: Everything great, I stay here whenever I come to Bansko and recommend it

Pros: Honeycomb was the standout food product at breakfast. Very helpful staff all day around. A special mention to the man at the reception who speak very good English and helps you with everything you need, from luggage to parking and other useful advises. Compliments to the chef (nice food and big enough portions at dinner) and a big thanks to the waiter (the short man - sorry I didn't catch his name). Also, cosy area for your spa needs (sauna, swimming pool) and a good sleep after a nice relaxing massage.

Cons: Maybe parking not being free, but it wasn't very expensive.

Pros: Everything was fine, but they asked for €8 per day to park the car on the street. When I asked if I could park elsewhere in a public space, they told me that the police would tow it away.

Great location for the gondola lift

Pros: The location is great. Walking distance to gondola lift. We had an upgrade of our room. A big thanks!The staff has been very polite.

Prepare for a 3-4-star hotel and you'll find it excellent!

Pros: Huge apartment with comfortable beds, large windows and nice view. Having two bathrooms was an unexpected surprise. The spa is small, but just enough, bathrobe and towels are provided. The food was ok, dinner was quite varied. All in all, we had a great time.

Cons: Despite being a luxurious apartment at first sight, you soon start to notice the small annoying details: - There's no place to hang your coats or sit down in the hall. - Lighting is poor, not suitable for boardgames or finding something in your luggage in the evening. - The modern and large kitchen furniture hides a tiny fridge and an even tinier garbage bin, some glasses and that's it. No cutlery, no plates, no bowls, no pots. I wonder what the electric stove is for. - Again, no hangers or shelves in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder is impossible to reach sitting on the toilet. Water finds its way to the floor while showering. - No drinks are included in the dinner, not even water. You need to buy it separately. (You get champagne for breakfast, though...)

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the gondola. The staff was polite. Big breakfast buffet.

Cons: The pool and spa were loud, with lots of children yelling, slippery floors and not really a spa atmosphere. The staff's English level was not very good. The buffet wasn't refilled often enough - an hour before breakfast was supposed to end.

Simple hotel but close to the cabins.

Pros: Near to the ski slopes, big apartment, Good massage ( for extra payment)

Cons: Despite of declaring themselves as a 5star hotel, the jacuzzi was for additional payment, it was not a big variety of food to choose from, especially at the breakfast.

Great stay! See you next winter!
