Pros: Amazing spa. Some staff amazingly friendly some very sour. Strange contrast for a customer.
Cons: Rigidness of some staff. Especially at the spa and the restaurant. A scary small single dark scary elevator dom the 60’s that need to cater for 5 floors and hundreds of rooms. Terrifying…

We had a great stay in Bansko with wonderful staff, delicious brekky, and a truly warm, petfriendly
Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Bansko and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel was excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really stood out was how friendly and caring everyone was — including the housekeeping team, who were very kind to us and especially sweet to our doggies. It meant a lot to see how genuinely welcoming they were, as it’s not always easy to find places that truly embrace pets. The breakfast was perfect – fresh, delicious, and offering a great variety of options. It was the ideal way to start each day. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko and would happily stay here again!

Nice place to relax
Pros: The hotel is recently renovated, very comfortable, very stylish and the ambiance is very nice. Especially the SPA. Staff is kind and the breakfast had good quality and choice.
Cons: Location is a bit far from the gondola, but for a non skier like me it was perfect - close to the mountain and the town but with plenty of places to go without the crowds.

It was excellent, the spa, food and service is fantastic, large rooms & comfortable
Pros: Location is good, on the edge of town and sort of mountain view hence the name, but its a good 10-15 minute walk to the ski resort gondola station, although the hotel provide a shuttle bus, but we were perhaps just unlucky that we either missed it or it was full.
Cons: The heat in the hotel.... whilst we are in the mountain valley and there is snow on the high ground, the hotel was unbelievably hot and stuffy with internal heating and it just seemed crazy to open windows and waste energy. Some rooms like the restaurant and spa don't have windows, so you just had to put up wit the heat.

A pleasant vacation
Pros: Well, breakfast was, as always, very, very good, and the big surprise is that they renovated the entire SPA, which now looks very exquisite. They have also renovated the main restaurant.
Cons: The furniture is a little old, but it still looks good.

Great hotel
Pros: I liked the different facilities.Pools, spa and resturant. The staff was very friendly. It is a bit far from the main street and the gondola but it has a free shuttle service.
Cons: The extra bed was extremly uncomfortable

Pros: Location of the hotel is good. Very close to the other facilities and city centre but also surrounded by trees. Hotel has everything such as playground for kids that is new, good spa zone, very good breakfast and good resttaurant in the hotel (Zenith).
Cons: I did not like the noise that was comming from kitchen ventilation in the room 202. It was no problem for hotel personal to change our room so that was good. Just want to say that finish works on the hotel are not well done.

Lovely Hotel. Great Spa.
Pros: Breakfast was a vast selection of Hot/Cold food. The Spa was exceptional. The Plunge pool was ideal for post Apres Ski Great welcome with the mini bar. Staff was helpful even when our request was obscure :) The shuttle to the gondola was handy Main Thing... VIP Ski Pass

Pros: The Best Hotel in Bansco ! The Best and the biggest SPA ! 8 different sauns, many swimming pools, different temperatures each , inside and outside pools , absolutely stunning design, clean and relaxing. Very good breakfast, fresh and tasty, great choice. Hotel very beautiful design, comfy , warm with very friendly and hospital staff. This is our second time in this hotel, and next visit to Bansko, we will choose Premier Mountain resort. There are shattels from hotel to ski elevator every 15 min and back , it's very comfortable. And ski equipment rent service center opposite to the hotel with very good equipment for rent , not more expensive than in the center . Highly recommend this hotel

Pros: An exceptional luxury hotel experience. We stayed in an Alpine Room and everything was impeccable. Both of the hotel’s restaurants offered refined cuisine and an excellent dining experience. Breakfast was outstanding, with premium quality and a wide selection. A special mention to the spa reception manager for the exemplary professionalism and attentive service. The pools were spacious, beautifully maintained, and pleasantly warm, both indoor and outdoor. The front desk staff were equally courteous and efficient. The VIP ski pass for the Gondola added great convenience to our stay. Parking was effortless, with ample space directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for a truly luxurious and relaxing stay. Thank you for everything.
