Pros: The staff amazing, the family room is clean and big with 2 balconys. its allwyas warm in the room;) location is perfect. sauna and jacuzzi very good after a ski day.

Cons: The Bathtub without a curtain , also the kitchenware can be renew.

Pros: The location is perfect. 5-10 minutes walk to everything, like the Old Town, pubs/bars, restaurants and the Gondola. The hotel is great, the staff are lovely, it is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Yes, there is some noise from other guests but it’s a hotel and expected. We found the hotel to be great and would return again.

Pros: Staff very friendly and always helpful. Welcoming feel whenever we entered building. Nice room with balcony and all amenities needed. Good spa/massage facilities. Attached restaurant very good but was only open 2 nights due to time of season. Hope to stay here again

Pros: The location was excellent. Very near to the ski lift. Staff were very friendly

Pros: The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs following my girlfriend having a ski accident. Really lovely people that made us feel very welcome

Amazing! We had great time on the mountain, the hospitality of Mr. Dumanov is beyond anything!

Pros: Dumanov Hotel is in great location. only 5 minutes walk to the gondola supermarket is available in an immediate vicinity It's cozy. We got a room with a fireplace. I wholeheartedly recommend the Familia restaurant in the same building as the hotel. For true immersing into the Bulgarian culture. You won't regret!

Cons: For families it would be very helpful to have: - washing machine (not necessarily in the room) or laundry service (the paid one is quite far - 15min walk) - dishwasher (just to save time) Other than that, the place is great and gives great value for money.

Great value accommodation in an excellent location

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of the gondola and restaurants. For the price we paid it was excellent value. Having a balcony, kettle and fridge were very helpful. The staff were also really friendly and helpful.
