Homely stay very close to the gondola

Pros: Lovely homely stay in the center of Bansko, about a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The room was comfortable and the food was excellent (we did the all inclusive package). The spa was also great, the pool was clean and we enjoyed the fact it had a sauna and steam room. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately our bathroom drain really smelled for the duration of our stay. The shower was a walk-in style one but the design meant that the water from the shower covered everything so the bathroom was completely wet afterwards. The all inclusive package included alcohol but some of the spirits tasted like they had been there while… :-)

Absolutely fabulous

Pros: This was an absolutely fabulous location the staff were so accommodating and it was more than excellent value for money - we were blown away by the standard and the way the staff went above and beyond . The lady in the evenings was amazing and the lady at breakfast the same .

Pros: This is a nice hotel. The room is fairly basic but it has eveything you need. The food is excellent! We had breakfast and dinner and both were very, very good. There is a pool and sauna but we haven't tried them out.

Perfect place for a ski holiday, excellent location, food and lovely staff.

Pros: Location was perfect for getting to the slopes and walking around. It was nice and quiet, with a comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent food and plenty of it. There is plenty of hot water and the spa was great to warm up The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags whilst looking round on the last day.

Cons: The room was smaller than the pictures shown, it was difficult to dry very wet things e.g gloves. There is a ski room but no radiators/driers in the. It’s warm though. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was great however didn’t know we had to pay in cash. This would have been helpful to know in advance to be prepared.

A small hotel, very good location, decent quality at a very good price

Pros: Excellent location, 10 min walking from the main gondola, many restaurants and shops around. The food was good but nothing exceptional. Private parking inside. Friendly staff.

Cons: Our room was quite small for 3 people. Small bathroom. Small TV, small swimming pool inside. Everything seemed very small.

Good price for good services

Pros: I liked the restaurant services, the room and the staff! Didn't get to test the spa area.

Warm, cosy and welcoming!

Pros: The hotel is cosy and warm, with delicious home cooked food and a lovely pool and sauna. We were very well looked after and I can't recommend it more highly.

Cons: More vegetarian or fish options with the food.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner are 7 stars from 5 :) . Everything is really delicious

Cons: The clean can be improved . The towels hasn't change in the third day according with their policy despite we let them on the floor ( they took them from the floor and put them back on hanger) - this wasn't nice at all

Pros: Food was amazing, definitely recommend halfboard. Also having a parking space was the biggest selling point for me.
