Good value for money

Pros: It was a good value for money hotel. It had several saunas and a swimming pool. The room was a good size. The breakfast was a good selection. Walkable distance to the gondola. All was fine.

Cons: Some areas like pool may seem to a bit out of date but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast was not always filled quickly and needed to wait a bit.

Great find in Bansko, highly recommended

Pros: The hotel was so lovely. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the mountains. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a wide selection of food. The Spa was amazing. 10/10 I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Pros: Spa area Food Hotel location Mineral pool Nice and clean rooms The lobby was spacious and warm with it's big fireplace.

Cons: The masseuse was kind but chatty. Personally don't like bathtubs and shower curtains, prefer walk-in showers in bathrooms. The shower head needs fixing.

Fantastic value for money in the summer!

Pros: Great location with free car park, breakfast plenty of variety but dont expect bacon and egg UK style. Staff very helpful and relaxed rooms a good size and clean, spa facilities great.

Cons: Mmmm not much really, all good.

A pleasant friendly place to stay. A bit far from the center, but well worth the quiet location.

Pros: Staff - very friendly and helpful. My daughter had her b-day on the day of our arrival. I had asked the reception to make anice surprise for her (14). They put some 10-15 balloons all around the floor and the beds, and we got a 2-litre bottle of Coca-cola with a nice ribbon (haha), and a post card with the sweetest wish: to travel around the world! The kid was impressed, and touched! The pool area is not huge but it is nice. The food was not very various (the hotel was not full - and it was nice!) but it was super tasty and fresh (the best juicy kiwis, apples and oranges!!!) As if cooked for a big (extended) family. The beds are comfy, even the small fold-out sofa. The bathroom is nice and big. The bathrobes are fluffy and big enough for adults. The lobby is huge, the rose-theme sofa pillows are cute. The reception has books!!! And UNO cards! There is a pool table - games can be played at a small fee.

Cons: The TV in the room could not connect to the antenna/wifi... but we never made it an issue (it was better for the kids not to watch TV so much, haha)
