Hotel Friends

Pros: We were 9 boys, we rented 3 rooms, the rooms were super clean and warm, Amazing staff especially the receptionist he was very helpfull from the time we arrived, best location if you are coming for ski!! We will definetly stay here again if we come back!!

Cons: Very good breakfast!!!

Very good value for money.

Pros: Breakfast was surprisingly good considering the simpleness of the hotel.

Cons: There was a bit of a bad smell in the room, probably some sewage problem.

I recommend this hotel. It was the best hotel i visited on this category on my third time in Bansko

Pros: Liked the dark wood atmosphere. Sauna and breakfast were a great addition to our stay.

Cons: There was an indoor pool that looked great, but the water was foggy and didn’t feel clean enough to get in. WIFI was very slow near room 5. I had an important examination to attend and used my phone’s hotspot instead.

Pros: Great location, half a kilometer from the cabin lift and less to the main pedestrian street in Bansko. Staff is great, friendly and always helpful - the manager, the receptionist and especially the gentleman with the glasses in the restaurant. There is a big jacuzzi (6-7 x 1.5 metres), something like a small pool, that helps you relax after a day on the slopes. You can also use a sauna upon demand.

Cons: Facilities are a bit worn out and outdated (e.g. the window joinery is not well insulated and allows cold air to enter, causing condensation), but that is expected based on the price and the stars of the hotel.

Great

Pros: Location is good, rooms are warm and clean, staff is great - mehmed, the man in front desk helped and took care of us. The price is fantastic.

Cons: Jacuzi can be warmer.

Pros: Thank you for your professional 5-star service. It was a pleasure to come to your hotel, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It has been a pleasure and if we can come again, we will. We loved the food - especially the chicken paste, we loved the spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rooms. When we left and then came back the room was spottles. We would also like to tell you that you are very lucky to have a waiter like this. He is thoughtful and extremely kind, he stood out. He is probably the kindest and calmest person I have ever met in my whole life. His name is George also known as Giorgi. He is the best waiter ever in the world. 6/5 stars

Ticked all the boxes for a great value family ski break that was both comfortable and conveniently located

Pros: An excellent located hotel for a short walk to the gondola and bars.

Cons: Invest in some decent mattresses along with black our curtains and covers for the food buffet to keep both warm and cool and there’s no reason why this hotel can’t get a higher star rating .

Overall was fine.

Pros: They where friendly and helpful. Not to far from gondola station. Room cleaning service was good. The room was warm and it was -10 outside. Food was tipical traditional and very tasty and plenty.

Cons: The carpet was miserable. Furniture was old and bad. Wall paper was falling from the walls. Bad, cheap pillows. Lights not working properly.

Pros: All amenities were available, staff was very responsive and polite. Everyone was engaged, it is good value for money, but the best was concierge Ahmed - for us he was the strongest asset of this hotel - his engagement and proactive character is something else.

Cons: The rooms could be more modern

Great family

Pros: Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking.

Cons: Except for the new year's dinner, I think the food could be improved. They are renovating the SPA so it wasn't working. The water in the jacuzzi (which was very big, sort of like a pool) was cool (not hot) and it wasn't all that nice.
