Family Hotel Shoky

Very good family hotel with good value for money.

Pros: Very good family hotel. The room is clean Cozy restaurant downstairs.

Cons: Our room was directly under the roof. It was quire hot stuffy. Unfortunately there is no air conditioner or fan in the room. The windows face east, so in the morning the sun shines brightly into the windows. The curtains help.

Pros: Great place, nice people, excellent service, good location.

Large quality hotel room for the price of a motel

Pros: The room is very spacious, there's even a bath tube. The quilt is all the amenities is very high. The water was good and strong, the room was sterile clean, it was very quiet.

A good value for the money

Pros: Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

Cons: My colleague considered his bed as uncomfortable. We had to wait a few minutes for the hot water in our bathroom to flow (don't know what the problem was). The toilet seat always fell when we lifted it up. The showerhead started spinning when we turned the water on (bad holder). You need to hold it in your hand. Small beakfast selection and it is not included in the price of the accommodation.

relaxing beautiful place with great places to eat and drink

Pros: easy walk into centre loverly garden we sat in to eat breakfast we arrived very late due to flight delay and owner was waiting for us

Pros: We are a family of 6. We had 2 rooms connected by a balcony. The rooms are clean. The view of the mountains is great. The hotel owner is very nice and helpful.

Cons: Terrible food. Very basic shower.

Pros: I like how hard the owners of the hotel worked to make my stay lovely. The food was fresh and well cooked.

Pros: Удобно местоположение, ресторант с вкусна и разнообразна храна, изключително любезен персонал, широка и добре отоплена стая, хубава гледка към планинските околности. Силно препоръчвам този хотел!

Pros: Отново бяхме посрещнати и настанени с усмивка !!! Обичаме разнообразието,но тук се връщаме с най-голямо удоволствие!!Добър персонал и още по- внимателни сестри (децата на любезните домакини)!!!

Pros: Вече няколко години подред, когато ходим в Чепеларе със семейството ми отсядаме в хотела. Още първия път през 2021 година много ни хареса. Собствениците са прекрасни хора. Персоналът е чудесен. Винаги са усмихнати и отзивчиви. В стаите е чисто и приятно. Има много хубав двор с катерушки, ограден и безипасен е и децата могат да играят спокойно. В ресторанта храната е вкусна и винаги е пълен. При следващото ни ходене до Чепеларе пак ще отседнем там. Препоръчвам с две ръце.
