Simply lovely hotel

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff. From the reception, to the restaurant and the rest facilities everyone was so kind and friendly. The hotel has a great view from the back sided rooms, it was quiet, nice and clean. The food was delicious. Thank you, you made our ski-vacation experience even more enjoyable! ☺️

Briliant place to stay

Pros: Perfecf place to stay ! Nice clean room, amazing food better than any 5 star hotel, very friendly staff, short walk to the ski lift

Pros: Chef Mustafa's meals were very delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is ideal in terms of price performance, but the bathrooms and rooms need to be renewed. Also, the sound insulation of the rooms is bad, even the tap sound of the next room can be heard.

Pros: Polite stuff, amazing view, there are some drinks at dinner, delicious desserts, parking.

Cons: The windows in the rooms need to be washed, because they have a wonderful view, but this is my wish

Quiet area for ski season

Pros: Price, location, very friendly staff, amazing view, satisfied breakfast

Cons: There is no elevator, hair dryer and hot water at afternoon.

Pros: Good location, comfortable room temperature, nice view from the window, free shuttle to ski centre Malina, good sauna and free parking near the hotel.

Cons: There is mould in the room which needs and can be cleaned. I would like to see the drinking water in the room renewed.

Relaxing stay

Pros: First of all, the receptionist Mladen Yordanov works professionally, he was very hospitable and polite. He carefully explained to us everything we needed, we thank him very much! The room was pleasant hot and spacious. The main food has variety of tasty meals every day.

Pros: Tesis bizim için her anlamda yeterliydi yemekleri kahvaltısı gayet lezzetliydi odalar çok sıcaktı park yeri sıkıntısı yoktu biz shuttle kullanmadık ama vardı kendi arabamızla piste gittik yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olur

Cons: İlk gittiğimizde check in saatinden biraz erken vardık oda hazırmış ama erken check in ekstra ücret istendi saatte 10 euro dediler bizde bekleriz dedik biraz lobi de dinlendikten sonra sorumlu bir kadın gelerek bir şeyler söyledi ve odayı ücretsiz verdiler odamıza geçtik onun dışında hiç bir problem yaşamadık bir de duş perdesinden vazgeçilse iyi olur tabi naçizane fikrim

Pros: Топло, уютно, чисто, всички уреди работят. Удивително посрещане с красива украса за Св. Валентин. Ресторант и механа с камина-супер! Храна, напитки, обслужване-перфектни! Управителката е най-добрият мениджър в бранша, готова да се отзове и помогне на всеки! Всичко ни хареса и с удоволствие ще се върнем отново! Много благодарим!
