Pros: The only hotel you need when in Chepelare! Great staff, top professional care for the guest, great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean cosy rooms. You feel like you are home! Giving 5 stars because I can't give 6!!!! You can pay by card as well.

Pros: чисто, ново, топло, уютно, спокойно, има асансьор, учтиви и усмихнати домакини и персона, който обича града и работата си, много вкусна закуска и храна, топло посрещане и дискретно ежедневно почистване на стаите, всякакви удобства за деца и възрастни.

Cons: на третият етаж срещу асансьора няма табелка с разпопожението на стаите и в едната посока липсва парапет, което би могло да доведе до инциденти ,
