Perelik Hotel

Pros: The free shuttles to the slopes are perfect and come every 15 mins usually. The spa area is quite modern and just what you need after a day of skiing.

Cons: The door to the balcony had some issue and lots of cold air was getting inside the room (the air conditioning negated that but the door should be fixed)

Pros: Infrastructure we as really great. Nice underground parking, shuttle to the ski centers and you could buy tickets for the lift from hotel (safe some waiting later)

Excellent winter resort hotel

Pros: Perelik hotel really exceeded my expectations. While not new, it has been renovated well, so it feels new and warm (important for a winter resort hotel). Cons: Lifts are small (perhaps it is not possible to renovate the wellcases), so it may take some time to get to the lobby or restaurant from the rooms during peak times

Comfortable hotel with great SPA and good breakfast

Pros: The room and all facilities were amazing. Breakfast and dinner were good too. Having a big pool is gorgeous and the night club is a great idea. The SPA is awesome.

Cons: Two slow elevators sometimes caused big delays. The restaurant was a bit expensive.

It was good, there is free parking and a lot of stuff in the hotel. The breakfast was not so good.

Cosy weekend in Perelik Pamporovo

Pros: Excellent hotel, the top one in Pamporovo. Clean rooms, picturesque view from the balcony, comfortable beds and sofa, very nice new bathroom, very polite staff, tasty breakfast and good choice in the restaurant for the lunch or dinner. The best spa in the area.

Cons: The wooden parts of the terrace and stairs- they are quite old, maybe the property should plan to renovate them. People put their towels on the sun beds in the spa without using them. We spent there 45 minutes and all beds were empty but reserved- some rule by the staff needs to be introduced.

Pros: Great hotel! There is much to do for adults and children. Nice rooms, we had great view toward the mountains, kind staff and the spa was very nice. Big variety of spa treatments. You can order drinks from the pool area. However, the gem was the Neptune restaurant and the excellent service feom Yonko and Alexandra. I hope the names are exact! Stylish atmosphere, absolutely professional service, and the food was incredible! I strongly recommend it! There is a little shop inside the hotel, which I find very useful. We are very happy with our stay. The ski lifts are close by car and the hotel offers free shuttle :) Great access and free warm passage to hotel Orlovets.

Pros: Staff at reception and spa very friendly and helpful. Good size of the room. Great bathroom, good size and equipment. Breakfast ok. Ski bus is comfortable and worked according the plan. Had a massage in the spa, very kind and super massage. Nice lobby bar. Overall I got what I expected. Around are different restaurants and bars. Good location. Tried the neptun restaurant as well, calm and good atmossphere there.

Cons: Spa area could be warmer. Steam baths and sauna could be warmer.
