Pros: We liked a lot the room size, the service, the location- almost everything in the hotel.

Cons: The breakfast did not offer any fruit. We missed fruits because there were no fruits also in the resort food shop.

Pros: Amazing hotel with interesting design. Top location in Pamporovo's centre. Super friendly staff. We met the owner, biatlon olympic gold medalist Dafovska who was super nice to us. A nice breakfast was included in our price. Highly recommended.

Pamporova’daki kayak tatili evimiz

Pros: İkinci kalışım ve gene çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Hemen yanında market restorant ve alış veriş yapabileceğiniz dükkanlar mevcut. Sabahları ücretsiz servisle pistlere ulaşım mümkün. Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Günlük temizlik hizmeti hiç aksamadı. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısı yeterli, akşam yemekleri de güzeldi.

Cons: Odaların ısı yalıtım sorunu var sanıyorum. Kaloriferler sürekli yanmasına rağmen biraz soğuktu. Fakat biz bu sorunu bildirince hemen ekstra ısıtıcı verdiler ve sorunu çözdüler.
