Hotel Orlovetz

Beautiful and snowy experience!

Pros: Beautiful and spacious rooms. Great food. Friendly staff. The views were amazing. Totally recommend this hotel. Great spa too though smaller than its sister hotel Perelik but we were very happy. We tried both and decided that they were equally great. The hotel is super warm.

Cons: The only thing we thought could change is the shuttle service to Studenetz. Currently it’s only to Malina and that didn’t work for us as we rented our equipment from Studenetz. So it would have been great to have a choice, it’s not far and considering the cost of the stay this is something that should be offered to the guests. Taxis were expensive.

Pros: The view from the room it is amaizing. Good food for breakfast and dinner. The bus that goes to the ski slopes from the hotel it is free. Overall everything was fine. We will come back to this hotel.

Pros: Rooms were quite spacious and new, very good view , nice staff and modern spa facilities !!

My favorite Pamporovo hotel - great rooms and good facilities

Pros: Rooms are great - some have a great view to the mountain; the hotel has lots of good common lounge areas - lobby and sky bar; free transportation to/from the slopes; has a spa area; the restaurant is good quality

Cons: the spa is relatively small (vs the hotel's capacity) so at peak hours (eg Saturday afternoon) all lounge chairs are full; the ski van waiting line at both ends of its transit course is not organized at all so at peak times you have to hustle to get a spot; the restaurant has a very weird set menu system where you can only access the (excellent) salad bar if you order a three-course meal... in addition to the salad bar - way too much food for one person! but if you go a la carte you can't access the salad bar. They need to rethink this.

Would definately return.

Pros: Centrally located, clean, well equipped, spacious rooms , relaxing spa, shuttle bus to and from slopes, consigners v v helpful.

Cons: Very very quiet if you would like some evening entertainment like we did.

Pros: Rooms , restaurant , spa and all areas were kept clean and tidy , staff were very polite and professional. Good shuttle service to the ski slopes

Cons: Upper floor rooms have amazing views but the balcony doors isolation needs to be upgraded.

Pros: Breakfast was the richest that i saw comparing to other hotels. the spa area was very nice and the staff very kind. the apartment was enormous.

Cons: the WIFI didn't worked the entire period. the safe was blocked.

Excellent stay in Pamporovo!

Pros: Excellent location and very beautiful spa. Efficient gym, excellent breakfast and variety of it. All rooms have breathtaking view to the mountain. Very polite staff.

Cons: The internet in the room did not work.

Luxury stay in Pamporovo

Pros: Great option to stay in Pamporovo. Comfy rooms, very good breakfast and nice garage for parking.

Cons: Spa was small and overcrowded, Perelnik spa centre is much better.

Pros: The staff was very polite, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is on an excellent location.

Cons: The room was very hot and you cannot control the heating.
