The Stream Resort Pamporovo

Stream Resort Hotel Complex is open year-round. It is located among the picturesque pine forests in Pamporovo, and combines traditional Bulgarian design with modern amenities. Most apartments have a balcony or terrace. Guests can choose from fully furnished apartments, equipped with cable TV, central heating and free WiFi. Excellent - great faculties and friendly staff

Pros: Lovely sized rooms, ski transfer was brilliant - lovely to have pool, spa and gym available. Buffet breakfast and restaurant were great, lovely food and good value. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Slightly rough around the edges but perfect for ski holiday base

very pleasant hotel for families stay

Pros: pool, sauna, two of the beds were excellent. the other one was average. the lobby is quiet and pleasant to sit around the fire.

Cons: the average bed in the bedroom. not so well equipped kitchenette and the non working aspirator.

Better than expected, even out of season

Pros: The suite was large, spotless and comfortable. Reception staff was very kind and helpful with all our needs. Fast internet connection in the room, good breakfast, overall great value for money. The pool is nice and open all day, even out of season.

Cons: While the restaurant also offers a la carte service, it's not working most of the time, and even when they're working, they are not very welcoming. For B&B or HB customers, it's okay. Fortunately, there are plenty of good places nearby where you can try the lovely local cuisine.

Pros: The task was one, skiing, everything was great. but there was one thing, very weak internet and a TV working over and over again. The room temperature is comfortable.

Great stay

Pros: Nice, cosy hotel at a very nice, quiet location, comfortable and well-equipped room, nice swimming pool.

Cons: The service at the restaurant was rather slow, I guess because of personnel shortage.

Pros: Nice room in the hotel on the way to Shiroka Lyka. Very basic kitchenware. Good Wi-Fi. They did the cleaning during my stay. Sauna is available during warm season as well, which is a very rare case in Pamporovo

Cons: TV table took too much space in the dinning area, doesn't allow to reach microwave oven. Same time there were very few tv channels.

Pros: The hotel is kept at a very warm temperature, event a bit too warm at night, so you will have no problems going to the spa wearing a bathrobe. The staff was very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Overall the venue is a very good deal. It is very helpful to have a ski wardrobe at your service and the shuttle to the ski slopes accommodates guests' wishes for when to be taken to and off the skiing, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Cons: The sofa in the apartments is not really suitable for sleeping, if you are thinking of using the apartment for a family of 3 or 4 people - it has metal bars which are felt through the mattress. So, I would suggest booking more rooms instead of an apartment. The food of the restaurant is average and the prices are a bit high. But that being said, the hotel's offer is the best good for its price range, so you could enjoy your stay there.
