Pros: Location Breakfast was good Bathroom looked new and was lovely power shower

Cons: Tv in rooms too small and old and no coffee making ?

really good value for money and close to all

Pros: breakfast is Bulgarian but good and enough to eat Location 5mins from all and there is free return transport to ski centres

Cons: no coffee making in the room ,tv could of done with an update.

Pros: Хотела е на много удобно място с голям собствен паркинг, което е огромен плюс. В стаите Чисто!

Pros: Персоналът беше уникален, топло уютно и много чисто... Шофьорът беше много учтив препоръчвам на всеки един да посетите това прекрасно място в този прекрасен хотел

Pros: Kahvaltı gayet doyurucu ve çeşitli , konum bölgenin merkezinde

Μία όμορφη Πρωτοχρονιά κάνοντας σκι

Pros: Είχε πολύ ζέστη και ήταν σε ωραία τοποθεσία το ξενοδοχείο το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και το πρωινό πλούσιο.

Cons: Το υποσέντονο κάτω από το σεντόνι ήταν βρώμικο, Το σεντόνι το κάτω ήτανε κοντό και έβγαινε από τη θέση του εύκολα κατά συνέπεια είχα στο νου μου συνέχεια να το τραβάω για να μην κοιμηθώ πάνω στο βρωμικο από κάτω σεντόνι. Η καθαριότητα του υπολοίπου δωμάτιο ήτανε Πολύ καλή ερχόντουσαν και το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα

Pros: The room and the public areas are kept very clean. The temperature both in the room and the other areas is very good. The breakfast was good enough. The shuttle service is nice. The driver is very helpful. He makes sure everyone gets to the ski center even at busy times when the bus gets full very quickly. The view from the room was the best. The building and facilities are old but very well maintained and kept clean.

Cons: One of the beds in the room was not comfortable as the mattress was a bit worn out.

Pros: Тишина и спокойствие, вежлив и усмихнат персонал, чиста стая с гледка към планината, изискан ресторант и лоби бар, богата закуска, много добро местоположение.

Pros: Персоналът беше много любезен, специални благодарности на Здравко шофьор а на буса .Също така момичетата от рецепцията и жената която почистваше стаята.

Pros: Чудесен хотел, чудесен персонал и отлично местоположение!
