MPM Family Hotel Merryan

A family holiday made perfect with this lovely hotel.

Pros: Position to centre and ski lift to slopes. As a family of 12 the accommodation suited us well, 6 double rooms all together. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: There really wasn’t anything to dislike. Our party all agreed the hotel was perfect for us all.

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was more than satisfactory and, even when we missed the ski bus, they arranged a driver to take us up to the mountain. A big thank you for the wonderful hospitality and stay you offered us.

Pros: İts in the main center and has a shuttle to Malina station

Pros: Very good location, breakfast, staff and facility. A cozy room and apartment we had. Highly recommended.

Cons: It may be a small thing but important in terms of the environment; tap of the sink in the bathroom was very short. Really hard to wash hands. You have to waste lots of water until it reach to your hands properly.

Pros: Location was very good. Breakfast and dinner wonderful. I am muslim therefore I don' t eat porc meat. Besides porc meat there was chicken and fish. It was good for me I hope they was careful while cooking and preparing Three type dessert was every dinner. Pumpkin dessert was incredible also baklava too

Cons: There was 2 single bad. I rather double bed

The staff was exceptionally nice and made us feel at home, but the facility could be improved.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were tasty, home food, very nice and supportive staff!!!

Cons: The beds - the matress of the main bed was kind of uncomfortable and the sofa was good for one kid, but if you have two kids and need to unfold the sofa, it gets particularly uncomfortable, there is no top matress.

Great place for a getaway!

Pros: Eveything was so good and comfortable. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Spa was honestly great after skiing all day. Breakfast and dinner were also quite delicious. They even washed our clothes and we hanged them in the room.

Cons: Wifi only works in the lobby so we had to use our own internet in the rooms. Not sure about how often they clean the spa, in the first days of our stay it was clean but we couldn’t use the jacuzzi ib our last day because it smelled a bit.

Excellent

Pros: Rich breakfast. Hotel is close to one of the emblematic hotels in Pamporovo - Murgavets.

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and welcoming

Cons: The only downside was that our rooms didn't have a hairdryer and we hadn't bring our own .

Good value for money

Pros: Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Daniel who works on reception was especially helpful, booking taxis etc. Rooms were warm and clean with fresh towels everyday. Breakfast selection was much better than other hotels we have stayed in Pamporovo. Regular shuttle bus to ski slopes. Hotel was good value for money.

Cons: One of our bathrooms had strong smell of damp from drains but that was the only negative.
