Pros: The location as it ws convenient for central bus and railway station. Nice friendly staff.

Cons: The road and paths outside were so uneven we tripped several times.

Stop over in Sofia

Pros: Lovely family run boutique style hotel..Very close to central bus station..As a single traveller I felt very safe..Excellent Bulgarian restaurant close by..Bedroom was large with tea coffee facilities..and it had a nice balcony..served very tasty self service breakfast..

Cons: Almost nothing. Walls are not soundproof but it was very quiet after 11pm...

Was comfortable for a late stop to sleep and a convenient short walk from the station.

Pros: The sheets and pillow were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Convenient for Sofia central bus and train station (8 minute walk). Staff swiftly accepted my request for a late check in 11pm, due to flight delay.

Cons: The hallway and room were very warm. There was no milk for tea in the room.

Pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Everything was in good working order. There was even a small balcony on which to take the air if you wanted. It was a shame I was only there for a brief one night stay. I would definitely consider going back.

Cons: There really is nothing that I can think of.

Great budget friendly stay in Sofia

Pros: I only stayed a single night as I was passing through, but a nice clean and comfortable room. Proximity to the central train and bus station as well as the city center is a plus. Spacious bathroom with a tub.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: We arrived at the hotel after discovering that our suitcase didn’t arrive from Tel Aviv to Sofia. We filled out a form at the airport and got to the hotel with nothing. The staff welcomed us warmly. When we entered the room, it was very large and very clean. Everything was in perfect order. The receptionists were amazing — they helped us so much. They called the airport several times to help us locate the suitcase, spoke with the staff there in Bulgarian, and truly went above and beyond for us. Every request we had, they assisted us with. In the end, our suitcase arrived only after three days. During those three days, the staff helped us with all the bureaucracy, communication with the airport, emails, and phone calls. We got everything we needed, and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is large, clean, well-organized, and has an excellent staff. There’s also breakfast available for a very low price, and the hotel is very close to the metro station.
