Pros: The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The location is next to the central station, the bus station and the tram stop. The hotel has many extra services that you will be satisfied with.
Cons: The highest floors are being renovated and the hotel officially warns you that it will be noisy. When I asked for a lower floor to be less noisy in the room, they assigned me a room next to the outdoor air conditioner located on the roof in front of my room window. The fans of this air conditioner run constantly - about 24 hours a day and are quite noisy.

nice surprise
Pros: What a nice surprise was this hotel for me! Having read the reviews here, I was apprehensive booking my stay there. But the hotel was next door to my business meetings, the weather was cold and windy, so I took the risk. Was prepared for a rundown hotel as most people knew the old Ramada. Apparently, the management had changed, and taken seriously cleaning the bad image of this place. The lobby was clean and quiet, staff at the Reception- kind, helpful and professional. My first big surprise was the room-nice, clean, renovated, with everything one would need for a stay, coffee, tea and water included. It was great to enjoy free access to the Spa and the swimming pool late in the evening after work - it's opened until 10 pm. Good breakfast was also a plus. Definitely, will use it during my stays in Sofia. I rated it 10 as it was a nice surprise for me .

Nice spa hotel, great for train or bus station
Pros: The receptionists were very welcoming and so helpful. I really liked the two hour free early check in and I had a complimentary room upgrade, thank you! The bedding was crisp, perfectly white and clean. I liked the toilet was also a bidet. Everywhere was nice and clean. The room had controllable heating, everywhere was nice and warm. The bed was huge and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and nice white towels. The pool and spa were really nice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
Cons: The shower didn't have much power to it. The front of the desk in the room was very chipped and tatty. A shame as the rest of the room looked nice and new. The water in the pool I felt was quite cold even after 30mins of swimming I didn't warm up. It would have been nice to have the spa and room service menus in the room.

Pros: The first time I stayed at the Ramada. I went off season and the Ramada had a grrat deal which I chose to accept. My choice for the Ramada was because of its location close to the busstation and its prize. The gentlemen at the reception blew my mind with the customer service. I am not sure if this is standard pollicy, but this gentlemen went the extra mile. I felt like an honored guest. Furthermore was the room excellent. This was by far my most memorable stay in Sofia. Thank you so much.
Cons: The electronic lock on my door required some patience.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, more nice then I expected. You have everything that you need for breakfast. Huge variety of food. Bravo. The restaurant was on the best level. The room was perfectly clean. I am impressed from the sheets- new, clean and perfectly ironed.
Cons: Swimming pool wasn't warm enough, to not say that was nearly cold. One of the towels in bathroom were old and was with big spot despite that was visibly washed and clean. Advice: It was just old and for bin, check them out and trough them away if it is not according the standards please.

Enjoyed our 2 nights away in the Ramada
Pros: Welcoming, easy check. Comfortable room and facilities. fairly central. Comfortable stay.
Cons: Pool was cold but that’s not a massive deal breaker.
