Pros: Great stay. Clean room. Larger than the average, including both bathtub and shower. Comfy bed. Good location, about 15min from Vitosha boulevard (main commercial street). A wide array of delicious options for breakfast, including for example local bread and cheese.

Cons: Underground parking is quite small (4-car garage) - entrance through a relatively narrow elevator.

Smart hotel, located within short walk from the central bus station and the center of Sofia

Pros: The hotel is wonderful. The interior - a fusion of modern and classy styles. The room- very clean, the bed- comfortable and I really liked the fact that there is wine glass in it (people who enjoy a glass of wine prior dinner or after will understand what I mean). Complimentary bottles of water are left daily. The people working in the hotel are nice, friendly and reliable. Two last things- there is lovely breakfast served each morning (good espresso will be extra, but worth it) & there is a sauna- perfect for an end of a cold day spent in Sofia.

Pros: Very nice location, close to the metro station and near the bus station too. Clean and amazing, exceptional breakfast and it’s a see you soon.

Highlight of my trip!

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable room. Great jacuzzi. Very welcoming and kind staff.

Cons: Nothing! If breakfast hours could be slightly extended, that would be great for sleepyheads like me.

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous, clean and the staff were wonderful. They knew it was my birthday and set up cake and a drink which made me so happy! Also, organised the sauna to heat for me. Would recommend! I’ll definitely return if I’m in Sofia again.

Overall this is a nice hotel and we would stay here again, but only if we didn’t have a car.

Pros: Convenient location, nicely decorated and you can tell the hotel has been recently renovated, clean and welcoming.

Cons: Although the hotel has parking, there are 3 spaces in the basement which were booked on the night of our stay. We therefore had to find on street parking in the vicinity. If parking is important then I would not rely on the parking here. As others have said the hotel is on a busy road and can get noisy with trams going past the windows.

Pros: It’s a cozy place. The location is 5 mins walking distance to the nearest subway station .

Cons: There were many bloody spots on the clean mattress sheet, also the pillow cover was broken .

Cons: Maybe the neighbourhood if you return to hotel late at night..
