Excellent

Pros: Everything was EXCELLENT. All the staff, from cleaning to reception, maintenance and kitchen, everyone was kind and pleasant. Thank you all for making our stay better than we expected. The food was various and dellicious and the appartments were very spatious and very good insulated. No noise could be heard and we had pleasant, relaxing nights. The pool was warm and we had the most pleasant stay. For sure we'll recomand it to our friends. The couple from 411 thanks you all for everything and wish you all the best.

Pros: Vilas are exceptionally spacious, resort is quiet and the food fresh and tasty (however rather basic). Pool has a good size and uses thermal water.

Cons: Not much to complain about. Would be nice if they had real coffee instead of instant one. Staff on the week days is a bit inexperienced.

Pros: The place of the hotel is near the wood and close to all the attractions. The view from the suite is fantastic. The room is spacious and comfortable. Good value for the money. The spa is excellent.

Cons: Some of the days the meat meals were not very good. There is a lot room for perfecton in this direction

Overpriced half board

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet place and has a pool with mineral water. Our suite had a beautiful mountain view and was spacious and clean. The receptionist and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The chefs were great in making the eggs the way we wanted for breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast and dinner buffet were basic with limited choices and average food quality. I guess the reason is because the hotel was almost empty. The management needs to review their approach in off season and offer Bed and Breakfast and room only options instead of overpriced mediocre half board. The aircondition controls in the room were not working properly and we had to call the house keeping few times to fix them. Aparently when we opened the balcony to get fresh air in the room the A/C turned automatically to heating mode. The hotel has a potential as there are amazing optios for day trips with wine tasting, hot springs and hiking in the area... Based on my experience this hotel did not meet my expectation for a 5* property.

Perfect stay in quiet resort for full rest and re energise

Pros: It’s the second time I came there. As usual it’s very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

Cons: There nothing that I didn’t like.
