A comfortable stay with great food

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. We had a half-board reservation, and I totally recommend it; it makes your day easier after hours of skiing. The spa was amazing; we enjoyed the pool, saunas, and the quiet room. They took great care with the cleaning, and everything was spotless.

Cons: Some parts need attention. For example, one night the wind was very strong and the windows did not close properly. The wardrobe doors were also hard to close. However, the most disturbing issues were the thin walls and the dog next door barking. You could hear people speaking in the next room.

Pros: It was our 2nd stay in this hotel over the last 3 months. Central location, decent breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds, staff is always helpful. Spa & swimming pool facilities provide you an alternative pastime in a case of bad weather. Free parking. It was very pleasant to come back from a walk into a well heated room.

Pros: Food was amazing - a big variety in both breakfast and menu in dinner!!!

Pros: This was our first time at the hotel and we were very satisfied with everything. Very clean, rooms renovated , very hot in the rooms. Bus shuttle always on time . Breakfast and dinner lots of choice to pick from. Kids very happy with swimming area, can be busy at evening hours, morning and afternoons great. Excellent stay .

Pros: it was a very good experience. they offered to all guests on Saturday, water, coffee and rakija shots for free on the HB dinner accommodation. This did not happen to another hotel we stayed in Bansko. The relax room was great.
