Pros: Friendly and professional staff. Cozy and spacious room. Very good dinner with a wide variety of food choices, especially the fish dishes.

Cons: The spa center could use better maintenance, as the steam bath was not working properly. Breakfast could be improved with a better selection of imported cheeses and dried meat products.

Great hotel, definitely recommend

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Arrived Monday afternoon, skied for 3 days and left.

Pros: The staff was really eager to accomodate the guests. Upon my arrival I was informed that there is an issue with the transportation to the ski slopes. I was understandably disappointed. The next morning, to my pleasant surprise a staff member came at breakfast to tell me that the issue has been solved and a bus to the slopes is waiting for me (I was the only skiing guest at that time). My food preferences were more than satisfied and I was offered refreshments upon comining back from skiing. Thank you Божо, Коста and Иван and the young ladies at the reception desk whose names I neglected to ask.

Cons: No remarks whatsoever.

Pros: I would especially like to praise the staff in the restaurant, the man who was there every day, as well as the receptionist who worked the first shift on July 20, 2025, she was very helpful with our things and a late check-out.

A nice weekend escape

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. We had a beautiful view to the mountain from my window. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a good deal of options for dinner.

Cons: I wish there were some dairy-free and gluten-free options for breakfast. If you're a solo traveller with no car, it's probably wise to avoid going out and back to the hotel in the dark hours because the location is a bit isolated.

PLEASANT AND FAMILIAR FAMILY STAY

Pros: We have been to that hotel several times. The best part of the hotel is its staff. BOSCO at welcoming, PETYA at reception and YOHANA at the restaurant are always wonderful. Friendly, kind, helpful and always willing to fulfill anything you wish. The hotel is clean and spa area and swimming pool are nice. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and various, considering as hotel buffet food. Great wifi. Free shuttle bus to gondola and back available at ski resort working hours. We will definitely be back soon.

Cons: The hotel is located in Bansko but it not located at the region of gondola and apre ski life (cafes, restaurants and bars), it is about 1 km far away, so you have to get your car to go out or walk about 12 minutes. There was also sometimes a bad unpleasant smell at swimming pool and jacuzzi area. In addition, the hotel rooms at some points need a small renovation.
